COPA Properties was established in 2018 and owns and manages its own portfolio of commercial and mixed-use properties across Ireland with particular focus on the Dublin City area.

COPA specialises in the upgrading and refurbishment of second-generation properties in well located parts of the city bringing older buildings back to life and playing a role in the regeneration of Dublin City.
